Return Policy

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds on personalized merchandise.

Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase either for another item or for store credit.

If the item purchased is not as described a refund may be issued within seven (7) days of the date of arrival.

No refund of shipping charges unless we shipped you the wrong order.

Items must be returned to the above address, postage paid. Returned merchandise must be in its’ original packaging, unopened, unused, and in sellable condition. No refunds for damaged or broken items returned. If you receive an item that is damaged, email us to resolve the problem, DO NOT return the item without authorization from us as no refund will be issued. Note: Color variations, bent or missing hang tags and artists markings are not considered “damage” and items may not be exchanged for these reasons.

Returns on any Christmas merchandise purchased between November 15th and December 31st will incure a 20% restocking fee. You may choose a Store Credit in lieu of a refund and no restocking fee will be charged.
